taste.

Since our inception on July 1st 2020, our main focus representing the culture we built our business around was very simple, local.. Supporting local was and still is the most important aspect of our business. Curating food and cocktail menus we focus on sourcing as much local products as we can. Our first two years during Covid19 were the most uprooting and detrimental times the hospitality industry has witnessed. It became second nature to support our neighbours within our community to ensure there was a light at the end of the tunnel. We are very proud to have rooted ourselves taking a farm to table approach.

Changing our menu seasonally allows us to source locally harvested ingredients to showcase on our menu. It allows us to work closely with our farmers and purveyors to continuously source, utilize and showcase the backbone of our province.

Chef Kyle Guerin explains "As chefs, we collaborate to change the menu every season and each item on that menu will be a thoughtful representation of the passion we have to create it - the expression of a talented palate committed to simple yet intense flavors and aromas, creating a truly unique dining experience in Camrose.
